Believe it or not, it takes longer to clean a 3 piece suite than it does to clean a 3 bed house full of carpets, why? Because material sofas need care and attention when cleaning them, upholstery can’t just be blasted with water and then extracted like carpets can.
They are fine fabrics which need time and commitment to achieving an excellent result, something that we adhere to when it comes to our soft furnishings & upholstery, after checking the fibre content we proceed with a light spray of upholstery cleaning solution which is gently massaged into the fabric and then left to dwell. This inturn releases all the soiling from the fabric. Once this has been achieved we use a special drimaster tool (at the right temperature and water flow rate for the fabric), to rinse the solution out and all the way back to the van. The drimaster tool uses an ingenious way of laying down lots of water without wetting the foam underneath the fabric. This flushes out the solutions without the over wetness, giving us drying times of hours instead of days, and sometimes even minutes. We use air movers to disperse the left over moisture leaving your upholstery (in a lot of cases) dry and ready to sit on.
