About us
Formed in 2007 by Derek and Sian West and initially based Northwich Cheshire, but now based in Weaverham in Cheshire.
After having our carpets cleaned in 2006 by a local Cheshire carpet cleaning company – who charged us a lot of money for a poor job – we decided to establish our own carpet and upholstery cleaning company.
The carpet wasn’t much better when he’d left and the fact he was only here for 20 minutes says it all. He just cleaned and left – didn’t check the carpet to see what he was cleaning, he didn’t vacuum, pre-spray or agitate the carpet fibres, he just came in, spray-extracted and left with a nice big fat undeserved cheque.
And even worse – 2 months later the carpet was dirty again due to all the sticky detergents he’d left in the carpet fibres by not rinsing and neutralising properly.
I knew I could do a better job. As a hard working individual and my wife Sian who has excellent admin and customer relations skills – we set about starting our own carpet cleaning company based on building a great reputation for a high quality clean at an affordable price.

The look on a customer’s face when you turn a dirty carpet into a beautiful clean fresh one is priceless, and we know that we can do the same for new customers alike. Our Cleaning Standards & Qualifications
We sought numerous training companies to achieve the following qualification:
- Full training to NCCAstandards with qualification certificate
- Prochem carpet cleaning chemicals certified
- Truck mount usage training byHydramaster
- Flood restoration training – qualified to IICRC Standards
- Leather upholstery trained and certified by IICRC
- Leather restoration training from LTT Leathercare
- Hard floor cleaning certified to IICRC – standard
- Upholstery cleaning certificate from Cleansmart cleaning
- Trained at national flood school as water restoration technician
We contacted Hydramaster since they sell the best carpet cleaning machines and accessories available in the UK. 4 weeks of training and £50,000 later we were ready to start trading and haven’t looked back since. We both enjoy what we do and have made a lot of new friends along the way.
Finding a good carpet cleaning company
In these trying times we have to look after what we have, no one wants dirty carpets but at the same time its costly to get them replaced. Cleaning them yourself is not the best option as results are minimal and the risk of shrinkage, over wetting and colour run are all to common.
Finding a good honest carpet cleaner is a hard process as not all carpet cleaners give good honest results. That is where we come in.

- We rinse your carpets thoroughly, which keeps your carpets cleaner for longer, (carpets not rinsed properly leave a sticky residue which attracts soil quicker)
- We clean the edges of your carpets for a full clean
- We move as much or as little furniture as you want us too, the more you move for us the less you pay
- We use high powered room dryers to leave your carpets as dry as possible
- Finally, we give a courtesy call 2 days after the clean to make sure you’re still happy with the results
